FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
If yours is not here, email hello@sneh.ai and we will answer it — and probably add it to this page.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want in plain language and correct Sneh when it misunderstands. Knowing how software works helps you give better feedback, but it is not required to get a working, deployed app.
What does it cost?
You get 150 credits free when you sign up, with no card required. After that you top up only if you need more — 500 credits for $25. There is no subscription.
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of build work rather than a message. One build turn — Sneh reading your request, changing files, running its checks, and reporting back — typically uses between 5 and 30 credits, depending on which model you pick and how much work the turn involves.
What can Sneh actually build?
Focused web apps: waitlists, landing pages, internal tools, dashboards, prototypes, and personal sites. It is not the right tool for native mobile apps, or for systems needing real payment processing or production-grade auth on day one.
Is the app really deployed, or is it just a preview?
Really deployed. Sneh builds in a live sandbox you can watch, and deploying gives you a real URL on the internet that you can share with anyone. Custom domains are not supported yet.
Can I see the code?
Yes. Sneh builds real files in a real project — you can read every file it writes from the workspace view, not just the finished screen.
What happens when Sneh gets it wrong?
You tell it, in the same plain language, and it fixes it. Sneh also checks its own work before calling a build done, and reports what is not working rather than quietly shipping it — so you usually hear about the problem before you find it.
What does Sneh do after my app is live?
It watches for errors and slowdowns, explains what changed in plain language, and can propose a fix for you to approve. You stay in control — nothing is changed on a live app without your say-so.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits are not a monthly allowance that resets — what you have stays until you use it.
Why are some models locked?
The higher-cost models unlock after your first top-up. A single turn on one of them can consume a large share of a free grant, and we would rather you spend that grant getting an app finished than burning it before you have decided Sneh is worth paying for.
What do you do with my data?
Your projects, files, and messages are stored so you can come back to them. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and why, in plain language.
How do I get help?
Email hello@sneh.ai. Sneh is early, and a real person reads it.
Still deciding?
The free credits are the cheapest way to find out.
