Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use Sneh. We’ve tried to write them the way we’d want them written for us — plainly, and without hiding anything in fine print. By using Sneh, you’re agreeing to them.
1. Accounts
You need an account to use Sneh. When you create one, give us accurate information, and keep your credentials safe — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sneh. If you’re under the age required to consent to these terms in your country, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. The service
Sneh is an AI agent that builds and deploys applications from your descriptions. We’re in early access. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we learn from how people actually use Sneh, and we’ll do our best to tell you before changes that affect you.
3. Your content & apps
What you write, and what Sneh builds for you, is yours. You own your prompts and the applications generated from them. We ask for only the license we need to operate the service on your behalf — to run your app, store your data, show you previews, and keep things working. Concretely, you grant Sneh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display, and transmit your content, including sending it to the AI model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the service to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We don’t claim ownership of what you build, and we don’t use your private projects to build products for anyone else. You are responsible for the licences of any third-party code or assets an AI-generated app depends on.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Sneh to create or host illegal content, malware, or anything designed to harm people or systems. Don’t abuse the build and hosting resources we provide — for example, running unrelated workloads on Sneh’s infrastructure or trying to overwhelm it. Don’t build apps that infringe someone else’s rights. We may suspend or remove access for accounts that break these rules, and we’ll try to warn you first where we reasonably can.
5. AI output
Sneh uses AI models to write code and make decisions on your behalf. Like any AI system, it can get things wrong — a wrong assumption, a bug, a security gap it didn’t catch. Review what Sneh builds before you rely on it, especially before deploying anything that handles real user data or money. You’re responsible for what you choose to deploy.
6. Credits & billing
New accounts receive 150 signup credits. Build turns are charged in proportion to the model tokens the turn actually uses, at the per-credit price shown on the pricing page — not a flat rate per turn — and Sneh shows the model and your balance in the product. Top-ups are one-time purchases, never a subscription. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: they process the payment and calculate any sales tax at checkout, so your total may be higher than the listed price. Credits do not expire. Consumed credits are not refundable except where the law requires it; unconsumed credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days if you write to us. If we refund a purchase, or a payment is charged back, we remove the corresponding credits from your balance. If a payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact us and we’ll fix it.
7. Termination
You can stop using Sneh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users or the service at risk. Where we can, we’ll give you notice and a chance to export your work first.
8. Data your app collects (Sneh as your service provider)
Apps built with Sneh can save what their visitors submit — a waitlist email, a contact form — and, if you turn on Care, can report errors and page views from those visitors. We hold that information only on your instructions, use it only to provide the service to you, do not sell it, and delete it when you delete the record, the project, or your account. You are the one who decides what your app collects, so you are responsible for telling your visitors about it and for honouring their requests; write to us and we will help you do that.
9. Copyright complaints
Apps built on Sneh are hosted at public URLs under our infrastructure. If you believe something hosted here infringes your copyright, send a notice under the DMCA to our designated agent at hello@sneh.ai with: your contact details, identification of the work, the URL of the material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act, and your signature. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
10. Your responsibility for what you publish
You are responsible for the apps you deploy and everything they do. You agree to indemnify Sneh against claims arising from content you publish or data your app collects. You also agree to follow the terms of the platforms your app runs on (including Vercel’s acceptable-use policy) and the usage policies of the AI providers behind the model you choose.
11. Disclaimers
Sneh is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any app it builds will be free of bugs or suitable for every purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sneh and its team aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business, beyond amounts you’ve paid us in the preceding twelve months.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When a change materially affects your rights we will say so in the product or by email before it takes effect, and the effective date at the top of this page always tells you which version applies.
14. Governing law
Governing law and venue are being finalised with counsel ahead of general availability. Nothing here waives any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the place you live.

This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Before general availability, counsel must settle three things this page cannot: the operating entity’s legal name and registered address, the governing law and venue for a US consumer launch, and whether to adopt an arbitration clause. Until they are settled they are left blank here rather than stated wrongly.
