Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use Sneh. We’ve tried to write them the way we’d want them written for us — plainly, and without hiding anything in fine print. By using Sneh, you’re agreeing to them.
1. Accounts
You need an account to use Sneh. When you create one, give us accurate information, and keep your credentials safe — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sneh. If you’re under the age required to consent to these terms in your country, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. The service
Sneh is an AI agent that builds and deploys applications from your descriptions. We’re in early access. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we learn from how people actually use Sneh, and we’ll do our best to tell you before changes that affect you.
3. Your content & apps
What you write, and what Sneh builds for you, is yours. You own your prompts and the applications generated from them. We ask for only the license we need to operate the service on your behalf — to run your app, store your data, show you previews, and keep things working. We don’t claim ownership of what you build, and we don’t use your private projects to build products for anyone else.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Sneh to create or host illegal content, malware, or anything designed to harm people or systems. Don’t abuse the build and hosting resources we provide — for example, running unrelated workloads on Sneh’s infrastructure or trying to overwhelm it. Don’t build apps that infringe someone else’s rights. We may suspend or remove access for accounts that break these rules, and we’ll try to warn you first where we reasonably can.
5. AI output
Sneh uses AI models to write code and make decisions on your behalf. Like any AI system, it can get things wrong — a wrong assumption, a bug, a security gap it didn’t catch. Review what Sneh builds before you rely on it, especially before deploying anything that handles real user data or money. You’re responsible for what you choose to deploy.
6. Credits & billing
New accounts receive 30 signup credits during early access. Build turns use credits based on the selected model’s cost tier, and Sneh shows the model and available balance in the product. Where top-ups are available, they are one-time purchases processed by Dodo Payments; Sneh does not currently sell a recurring subscription. Available pack sizes and prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, consumed credits are not refundable. If a payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact us and we’ll investigate it.
7. Termination
You can stop using Sneh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users or the service at risk. Where we can, we’ll give you notice and a chance to export your work first.
8. Disclaimers
Sneh is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any app it builds will be free of bugs or suitable for every purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sneh and its team aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business, beyond amounts you’ve paid us in the preceding twelve months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
