Top-ups, what happens when you run out of credits, and how to reach a person about a charge.
Topping up
Top-ups are one-time purchases of 500 credits for $25. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and credits you have bought do not expire at the end of a month.
Running low
Your balance is visible in the app. Because a turn costs what the work costs, the last few credits in a balance may not be enough for a large feature even though they were enough for the small change before it.
Questions about a charge
Email hello@sneh.ai. Include roughly when the charge happened and what you expected — billing questions get answered by a person, not a form.
